Extra training & experience has been received working with clients with chronic pain issues, injuries or those in need of specialized care such as with fibromyalgia, CFS, MS and type 1/type 2 diabetes as well. Treatments are also offered using an Amethyst Biomat that can be used with or without heat which is a certified US FDA approved medical device. The Amethyst Biomat is covered by many insurance plans with a Dr's prescription for home use and can be purchased at Touch of Ascension. The Biomat uses far infrared light therapy, negative ions & amethyst crystals to help in detoxing the body, increasing circulation, helps relieve chronic muscles/joint pain, supports core body temperature, helps improve mood & sleep, helps reduce stress/anxiety and speeds up healing while boosting the immune system. It's a great therapy that can be used alone or with any other therapy. All first time new clients can receive a free Amethyst Biomat session with any massage/bodywork session.
