My name is Taylor Marie Seidler. I am a graduate of Nevada School of Massage Therapy and licensed massage therapist. My favorite modality has to be Trigger Point Therapy. I pride myself on my ability to find and release active triggers, commonly called knots (or crunchies, restrictions, painful spots, owies). My clients say that I always go straight to the pain when they come to visit. I am accepting new clients and I am available by appointment at FreeStyle CrossFit each day but Sunday.
