I have extensive experience with working with people and see the uniqueness of each body and mind. My bodywork training began in 1991 following my work in the Addiction field. I graduated from Seattle University 1980 with a BA in Counseling/Community Services with a specialty in Addiction; then in 1987 I received my Masters (MPA) from The Evergreen State College. My bodywork career officially began in 1991 when I realized there was more to therapy than talking so I became a Licensed Massage Practitioner (LMP) after graduating from Brenneke School of Massage (aka Cortiva Institute) in Seattle. I am a graduate of The Ayurvedic Academy, 2006 (aka Kerala Academy) and am an active member of the Ayurvedic Community. My daily studies in Ayurveda stayed peaked to such a degree that I decided I must dive even deeper into my love of the Vedic tradition known as "The Science of Life". Thus, I am currently seeking certification in AyurJyotish (aka Vedic Astrolgy. I am thankful for the opportunity to study the secrets of the Universe. Along the way, my work with people has become infused with the knowing that each person & each body is entirely unique. To see the individual in this manner allows me to apply myself to find what is needed. I have learned to allow my hands and my mind to listen so we can remedy the issues that brought you.
