Do you long to release all the stress, all the aches and pain, all the hurry and worry? Nurturing massage is a time and space where you can be at peace as your body unwinds and lets go. I combine long, slow strokes inspired by the rhythm of the ocean to promote deep relaxation with more focused work designed to help your body heal. I am fascinated by the ways our mind affects our body and bring an interest in pain science, as well as in healing from trauma, to my work. By understanding the role of the nervous system in our perception of both comfort and pain, I hope to offer my clients an experience of ease and renewal. All sessions are trauma informed and client centered, with sliding scale fees.
