Individualized massage sessions, based on your health history, injury, illness, and comfort is provided in a relaxing atmosphere. Sessions last from half an hour to one and a half hours, based on my assessment during the initial visit. Modalities used for optimal patient outcome include deep tissue, myofascial release, cranial sacral techniques, Swedish, soft touch therapy, reiki and more. I specialize in pain reduction for patients with fibromyalgia, back and neck pain, pain due to surgery, headaches/migraines, and much more. Please call for more information.
