Swedish relaxation, deep massage The Lauterstein Method, Healing Touch, & Reiki. I design each session for the individual's specific needs. I include breathwork, stretching, aromatherapy, sounding, chakra balancing, and intuitive spiritual direction as appropriate. I use multiple techniquies and modalities to compliment every session including reflexology, polarity, myoskeletal release and so on. Every client experiences at least 60 minutes on the table.
