I am Board Certified and professionally trained in a broad scope of Western and Eastern modalities including: Swedish , deep tissue , trigger point therapy, sports , manual lymph drainage , hot stone , foot reflexology, and range of motion / stretching. and Reflexology are both instrumental in maintaining good health and well being. Every individual is unique, and my approach to each session is based on each clients individual needs. My goal for every session is to leave each client feeling calm, rejuvenated and stress free.
