A massage therapist since 2000, and a cupping therapist since 2016, I specialize in pain and injury management, physical performance improvements and relaxation. Using the techniques I have learned over the years I will work with you to Identify any issues you are having and together plan a strategy that will put you on the road to better health. I am continually learning new techniques because what works for one person, may not for another. There are always new modalities that can prove effective. I will also share these so you may use them as part of your lifestyle. I believe my role is to facilitate you taking control of your own well being.
