For more information visit: www.intentionalbodywork.com I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (NH), a nationally certified bodywork provider and a trained Pilates Instructor in the Balanced Body school of Pilates. Originally from Southern California, I relocated to the northeast to study Biology at Dartmouth College in 2003. After graduation, I worked in the field of healthcare, but ultimately decided that the best way to improve individual health and wellbeing is through care for the whole being. In 2011 I returned to school to study Massage Therapy at River Valley Community College in NH. My studies included over 800 hours of coursework and hands on practice focusing on anatomy, functional movement, sports massage, deep tissue and facilitated stretching. As the culmination of my coursework, I completed a 6 month internship in Palliative Care and Oncology Massage at Dartmouth Hitchcock's Norris Cotton Cancer in Lebanon, NH. My professional experience in Massage Therapy includes work both in the spa industry at one of Vermont's premier resorts, as well as sports rehabilitation massage for varsity athletes part of Dartmouth College's DP2 program (Dartmouth Peak Performance).
