The approach to massage is integrative,
ultilizing various modalities.
For example should the client"just want to relax" we begin open with movement, follow with Swedish some reflexology and finish with light stretching if desired.
If more technical massage ,as in treatment of a soft tissue injury,disease considerations,
post physical therapy,we will open with movement , follow with whatever is designated from there. Deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial release, Actice Release Technique,
will probably be used.
We do have "Hot Stone" massage available as well.
