I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in New Preston, CT. I received my training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport, CT. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Sports Massage. I began my first career as a Paralegal and loved my job but I always felt like something was missing. I knew early on I wanted to specialize in a career where I could help people. I became a part time Office Manager for a Massage Therapist and realized within a few months that Massage Therapy was my passion. Becoming a Massage Therapist and business owner has been nothing short of amazing and has changed my life. Whether helping someone to relax or reduce pain, I love helping bring balance back to my clients' lives. In my spare time, I love to be outside exploring, doing creative projects and spending time with my family and friends. Balance between work and personal life is very important to me. Teaching and practicing self care is something I am very passionate about. Many people struggle to realize that they put many things in life before themselves. I am here to remind you that you are important and taking care of your body is #1. My motto is "you only get one body - be good to yourself!" I am inspired by my passion for understanding the human body and the benefits that massage has on the human body. I consider myself a "forever student" because I feel as though there is always something new I can learn to help benefit my clients.
