Specialize in helping clients/patients break the pain cycle and find relief from all types of soft tissue issues. If you're stressed out, carrying muscle tension in your neck and shoulders causing tension head aches, I can help. You're experiencing chronic pain from repetitive stress issues causing carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet, sciatica or low back pain, I can help. If you just plain need a break to zone out for an hour, I can help there too. Each client/patient is assessed for their individual needs. I do not subscribe to the "no pain no gain" theory, I use a pain scale to stay with in the clients/patients comfort zone to best facilitate healing. My techniques are matched to the issue at hand.
