I offer a customized and integrative approach to massage which includes Swedish relaxation/stress reduction massage, Deep Tissue therapy using Myofascial Release and Trigger Point therapy as well as Hot Stone massage. Additional massage specialities include Energy work, prenatal/post pregnancy massage, Massage Cupping and Lymph Drainage massage. I have most recently added NRT-Neural Reset Therapy for the upper body.
