*Christina Gerhards, LMT MSG004769 My name is Christina Gerhards and I have been practicing Massage & Bodyworks since May of 2000. My office is currently located at 1512 E. Caracas Ave. 2nd floor-Suite 800, Hershey, PA 17033. I wanted to introduce myself to you and give you some information about my experience. I received my training at The Alternative Conjunction Clinic & School of massage in Lemoyne, PA. I am a Certified Level Practitioner of Associated Bodywork Massage Professionals. I am currently licensed in the state of PA and have had a license in the state of TN for the following modalities: Swedish (Esalen style), Chair massage, Neuromuscular Deep Tissue, Russian, Sports, Cupping and Spa therapies such as Aromatherapy, Body wraps/Scrubs and Hot stone Massage. I am CPR certified. I have done additional continuing education on Advanced Anatomy & Applied Neuromuscular Deep Tissue, Advanced Structural Relief Therapy, Sports Cupping and Vacu-therapies (Medi-cupping). I am currently studying Structural Relief for the whole body, Advanced Vacu-therapies/Medi-cupping through the ACE Cupping Therapy Institute, and I am also studying protocols to help clients with shoulder pain, sciatica and knee pain through the Coaching the Body CTB Institute. I am an advocate for routine Structural Bodywork and Chiropractic care. In my practice, whether you are a first time client or someone that I have known for years, I want to talk to you about who you are and what challenges your life presents to you. My goal is to design a treatment around your needs and goals. The priority in my practice is Quality of care and Balance. I will only schedule so many sessions a day because I wish to have the same amount of energy to give to my last session as I do for my first session. I also stretch daily, receive routine bodywork as well as Chiropractic care. On a personal note...I have been happily married to my best friend (Mike) since May 15, 1999 and we have 2 beautiful children. Michael and Abigail. It is such a blessing to have the opportunity of helping others to find a moment of PEACE and to see the healing process as you receive routine care. Whether your goal is for stress relief, chronic issue or new injury, I can help you. I am thankful for every second of every day that I may be able to help someone else feel even a little bit better!
