My name is Marian S. Donahue, I started Achieve Wellness Massage with the goal of providing individualized and compassionate treatment for my clients. I am committed to assisting clients in achieving and maintaining optimal health by tailoring each therapy session based on their personal needs; to effectively help reduce work or home related stress, pain and injury. My goal is to find causes of postural irregularities and pain and give each client Postural Assessments and ROM testing that will show what each clients own personal issues are. I will provide, any one of these modalities, Deep Tissue, Swedish massage, Trigger Point, Reflexology and Chair Massage to facilitate and support each client in achieving their goal of health and wellness. I began my career as a Massage Therapist in 2007 in Maine after completing a 825 hour program in massage therapy at Fuller Circles School of Therapeutic Massage. I have moved to NH and now have my license to practice massage therapy in both Maine and New Hampshire. I am also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
