First, it is a honor when a client choses me to be their practioner. I am dedicated to giving each and everyone my very best. I am trained in understanding and treating the underlying causes of chronic pain. During the client interview we discuss the correct treatment plan for restoring muscular balance. I have been very fortunate to be trained at one of the best massage and bodywork schools in Western NC, "NC School of Advanced Bodywork", and was trained by Kyle Wright and his team of top notch instructors. I focus on your specific postural distortions and addressing those issues. I work toward eliminating pain and helping you to live a more pain free life. During our bodywork session, I will teach you how to play the mental and physical "edges" without pain. Longer sessions are often more benificial than shorter sessions. I have a wide range of techniques to fit the needs of most everyone.
